Juventus 11/10 favourites for Europa League

With just four teams remaining in the Europa League after Thursday night’s quarter-final second legs, Juventus are odds-on with nearly every bookmaker to lift the trophy but remain an excellent best price of 11/10.

The Turin-based side are the Serie A champions and are strolling to another title in Italy this year. They saw off Lyon with little trouble in the quarter-finals of the Europa League and it is little surprise they are odds-on in most places to win the competition, however, Stan James are being very generous and offering 11/10 on them to do so.

Their biggest challenge, according to the bookmakers, comes from Benfica who eased past AZ Alkmaar 3-0 on aggregate in the last eight. They too are comfortably ahead in their own domestic competition but are a way behind in the betting for the Europa League at a best of 3/1 with Betfred.

Then come the two Spanish sides who, despite good pedigree in European competition, are not fancied to do well from here on in. Sevilla, who overcame Porto in the last round, are out at 6/1 with Boyle Sports, whilst Valencia who produced a thrilling comeback against Basel are 15/2 with Ladbrokes.
