Pep or Rafa next for Chelsea?

Roberto Di Matteo's exit shouldn't come as a surprise

The race to fill the newly-vacant Stamford Bridge hot-seat looks to be between Pep Guardiola and Rafa Benitez according to the odds, with the former Liverpool boss Benitez 8/13 favourite with Coral, and Guardiola 5/4 second favourite. Coral then bet 10/1 Harry Redknapp, and 20/1 former England manager, Fabio Capello.

“Given Roman Abramovich’s history, Roberto Di Matteo’s exit shouldn’t come as a surprise, even though the Italian led Chelsea to that historic Champions League victory in May.  Pep Guardiola has maintained he will complete his year off, which leaves Rafa Benitez as odds-on favourite to fill the hottest managerial seat in football,” Coral’s David Stevens told Football betting News.
